OUR GREAT SERVICES
WEDDING SHOOTING
Shooting a wedding is a demanding and high pressure task to undertake in which there’s no time for mistakes and retakes. It’s crucial that you get it right the first time.
MEETING THE COUPLE
The first step before WE start planning anything is to meet up with the couple and talk about their requirements and any special requests, such as if you can use flash in the ceremony and if there’s particular areas they don’t want you shooting from.
PREPARATION
There’s nothing worse than not knowing where you need to be and when, so to avoid this make sure to keep a schedule of the day on hand and get this in advance if possible. This helps ease the tension and anxiety
OUR PHILOSOPHY
You can make photos on your iPad, your point and shoot, or any device with a lens. To me, photography is about making sense of the world. Photography is about finding appreciation in the small things in life. Photography is about walking slower, looking at things, and finding beauty in the ordinary and mundane.
CONSISTENCY
This is arguably the most important feature to look for in a wedding photographer. With enough tries, most capable wedding photographers can put together an impressive portfolio. Add in planned styled shoots and photographs from wedding photography workshops, and it’s hard to gauge how a photographer will actually perform on your real world wedding. Look for consistency throughout the body of wedding photography work. See how they performed with more challenging couples or more challenging lighting circumstances.
CREATIVITY
Of course creativity is important in any type of photographer, and it can manifest in many different types of ways. Some common techniques that wedding photographers use include silhouettes, reflections, foreground elements, advanced lighting techniques, post production techniques and others. As a client, some of these techniques will resonate with your style preferences and some will not. However, the best photographers in the world have typically mastered a handful of these techniques.
